Oh no! We try to keep the participant experience stable and bullet-proof, while continuously working to improve it. Sometimes we screw up :(
If your participants do run into an issue, there are two things you can do.
- There's a help article in the Participants Section on help.siyli.org that shows them how to submit feedback on my.siyli - you can ask them to do that, and it'll come directly to us*.
- If they sent you an email and you think it's an issue with my.siyli, or it's something that you're not sure how to help them with, you can cc, or forward their email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do forward us the original email (or add us via a cc), so that it's easy for us to follow up with them if we need to ask them for additional information to solve their problem, rather than engaging in a game of telephone with you passing messages back and forth! :) Whether you cc: us or forward the email to us, we'll make sure to keep you in the loop on all communication with your participants.
* us = your SIY facilitator colleagues who also happen to be building out my.siyli
