We only email your participants for the duration of the program. This begins about 7 days before the program, when they are asked to register; and ends about a month afterwards, when they are asked to complete a post-assessment after the capstone is done.
When you set up the 28-day challenge, you have the option of setting up the default email frequency to be either daily or weekly. Regardless of what you set, your participants will be able to change the frequency with which they receive emails (including opting out completely from them).
We have a few features (some launched, some at different stages of development) for which we may need to contact them after that duration. For example, we allow people to upload their five-year envisioning, and be reminded of it every year, or after five years, for example.
Our guiding principle is to never contact them outside of the single program context, unless they have engaged in some feature that requires us to do so.
