How can I change how often I receive the 28-day challenge emails?

To change how often you receive the 28-day challenge emails, simply go to your profile page and update the the 28-day Challenge email frequency:

To do this, go into the program and click "Participants." Scroll down to the bottom of the page the the section "Send Emails" and select "Custom Email"
