For a keynote or half-day SIY program, the logistics should be pretty simple:
- Contract with your client (template is here) and have a prep call to understand the client or organization's needs
- Complete the Program Information form (for when you deliver any SIY program, including the keynote or a pro bono program
- If you want to use a program evaluation (which is optional), you can use this program evaluation template and print or email out program evaluations forms
- After the program, email the follow up resources either directly to participants or to a main client contact person for them to distribute: email template is here
- We recommend holding a debrief call with your client to gather feedback and see if there are additional opportunities to keep working together
